WEIGHING
RAW MATERIALS
Weigh the different raw materials according to their different features. All the data are controlled by the computer system to make sure accuracy.

MANUFACTURING
All the raw materials will be put into the equipment. Generally speaking, all the products will be in the separated procedure such as melting, scattering, emulsification, and sieving etc. The whole system is in conformity with the ISO and GMPC standards.

FILLINGS
All the contents are filled in different packagings, such as Jar, tube, bottle, etc.containers are dried and washed by pneumatic dust collector.

MICROORGANISM DETECTION AND EXPERIMENT
Microorganism detection is the basic of product quality management, not only raw material/product but also the air microorganism in manufacturing/packaging room.
Step4
SENSORY DETECTION
For the quality detection of semi-finished products and finished products, standing in the perspective of consumers,the sensory color, fragrance, sense of use and others are judged by QC. Including physical and chemical testing, storage can be allowed only after passing these test.
Step5
PRODUCT DELIVERY
After the quality of all products is fully checked, qualified products will be put into storage, and the C/V system of logistics will box the products out of the warehouse. Integrated operation from placing orders to delivery，through standardized, controlled, fast logistics optimization system.
